Guillaume is a technology addict — and one of the early adopters. His first computer was connected to NAPSTER before most of us knew about digital music. Everything now is digitally connected, from his car, to his home, and other must-have IoT devices! Guillaume has a pragmatic mind; he declares about his interest in technology:

I never looked at technology from the inside. I have more interest in innovation that changes the way we do things, to become more efficient, to improve.

Guillaume lives in the present moment wisely. Finance is an opportunity to enlighten business numbers, and set smart goals with measurable data.

About the team, he declares:

The team is filled with skills and commitment. Their passion and strong capabilities to achieve make perfect qualities to reach high expectations.

Christophe Osuna

35 years old

“Connecting with People”

Christophe is the Swiss Army Software Guru in the team, and he lives in Tokyo, Japan! His talent and skills run deep within Unix origins. Christophe’s super power lies in his ability to boost the effectiveness of software teams. He is definitely a blackbelt in software release management, and the public cloud is now his playground.

At 35 years old, after living in various places in France and Spain, Christophe relocated to Tokyo to enhance his language skills, meet with different cultures, and discover new lifestyles. Fluent in Spanish, English, and even Esperanto (that he practices thanks to an application [https://amikumu.com/] funded on Kickstarter) was not hard enough though. The next level is in Tokyo and it is happening now!

Connecting with people is what drives Christophe forward. His colleagues reveal:

Christophe has a broad culture and open mind. He is helping us put difficult obstacles into perspective, choose the most appropriate solution, and then automate the hard work in order to avoid repetition. Hopefully (for us), he’s not writing the documentation in Japanese. At least, not yet!

Sébastien Léger – Founder and CEO

35 years old

“French Tech Entrepreneur in AI”

Sébastien is a French Tech entrepreneur. After working 15 years in the telecommunications and computer science industry he decided to create his own venture in 2015. His vision is that machine learning and big data can create new opportunities for the telecommunications and IoT industries. Sébastien is leading teams in France and Japan in order to bring accessible innovation and best-in-class technology to telecommunications service providers and IoT companies all over the world.

At 35 years old, Sébastien still wears running shoes, but today they serve a new purpose. Sébastien is a versatile electron, aiming to overcome present challenges and beyond.

Keeping an open mind and agility is extremely important. We have an Agile structure and the ability to execute extremely efficiently. Technology is moving fast. We’re investing a lot of effort in AI. We want to deliver AI benefits to our customers right away. AI and ML will change product offers and services for the next decade. You don’t want to miss it!

Sébastien’s personal life is also fulfilling. With a wife and two little pirates, Sébastien likes to make the most of every moment with family. Leisure time involves Mölkky practice in Annecy; skills can improve…with a lot more training!

The Alps are a real playground for kids. Still so young, yet already doing well on skis!

When he’s not spending time on innovation, Sébastien searches for talent.

We have amazing talent in the team and I’m grateful for their impressive achievements and commitment. We are building a great team, and always looking forward to new Startup team members joining us so we can move together to the next level. The ‘French Tech’ is a great initiative: hard work combined with talent can achieve wonders at a good pace to challenge Silicon Valley ventures.

Meet the Team: Vianney

Vianney Bajart

31 years old

“The ‘Yes We Can’ Mindset”

Vianney is the Senior Software Engineer guru within the team! Whether in digital photography or at work writing code in Python or C, Vianney pays extremely close attention to detail. He strives to consistently achieve outstanding results and he quotes:

Perfection is achieved, not when there is nothing more to add, but when there is nothing left to take away. – Antoine de St Exupery.

Vianney is a hiking and photography addict. He enjoys exploring the Alps to shoot natural landscapes and wildlife with his Nikon D750. His passion takes him to extreme locations in night or day conditions, to capture the most magical features in nature. You might have seen his 500px gallery. His next challenge will be to climb a 4,000-metre summit within the next 12 months! No doubt, we will request a picture to let us know he was there!

True to his word, and ready to share his passion, he is a free software enthusiast. He is also funding collaborative projects on Ulule and actively supporting organizations for wildlife conservation.

Vianney has a ‘Yes we can’ mindset, and is totally committed to doing what’s right for each project and our customers.

I like writing code in Python for its flexibility, but I prefer C when the need is to deploy the most efficient and time-critical applications.

He isn’t slowing down. He’s a detail man, with self-taught abilities from an early age. As a child, Vianney wrote his first internet application to play with Smileys!

I’m a science addict: I enjoy spending time on YouTube and Wikipedia to discover new topics about physics, space, biology, rationalism and applied sciences in general, and going deeper with books and conferences. Knowledge has a purpose, and I want to use this knowledge to achieve great things.
